After graduating from Barnard College in 2002, Chef Elisabeth attended the French Culinary Institute, graduating with a degree in the Culinary Fine Arts. Since opening Miss Elisabeth’s Catering in 2005, Elisabeth has catered thousands of events for hundreds of happy clients throughout the tri-state area, as well as the Hamptons, Fire Island, Connecticut, and New Jersey. In 2010, Chef Elisabeth became a Food Network “Chopped!” Champion (episode “Chard and True”). Elisabeth has also published two books, “Little Chef,” and the official “Garbage Pail Kids Cookbook.”

Miss Elisabeth’s Catering offers full scale event catering, from six person dinners to two-hundred-person cocktail parties, including staffing, rentals, and custom menus.
